<br />at all the times herein mentioned had and still
<br />has a bono fide subscription List of paying sub-
<br />scribers, and which newspaper has been estab-
<br />lished, printed and published at regular intervals
<br />in the said City of Colton, Stote of California,
<br />County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding
<br />one year next prgceding the date of publication of
<br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news-
<br />paper is not devoted to nor published for the in-
<br />terests, entertainment or instruction of a particular
<br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin-
<br />ation, or any number of same; that the notice, of
<br />which the annexed is a printed copy, has been
<br />published in each regular and entire issue of said
<br />newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
<br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1. The City Council
<br />of the City of Colton having
<br />elected to proceed under the pro-
<br />visions of Section 8300 et seq. of
<br />the Streets & Highways Code of
<br />the State of California, and hay.
<br />Ing held a public hearing as pro-
<br />vided therein, hereby finds from
<br />all the evidences submitted that
<br />the portion of DeBerry Street, a
<br />portion of Gov. Lot 1, Block 51,
<br />Gov. Lot 2, Block 52, Por. ERA.
<br />Sec. 6 T.2S.R.4W., S.B.B. & M.,
<br />Records of San Bernardino Coun-
<br />ty, State of California, described
<br />as fol lows:
<br />All that portion of DeBerry
<br />Street being 66 feet In width
<br />lying Westerly of the pro-
<br />longation of the West right-
<br />of-way line of Terrace
<br />Avenue, to the Easterly
<br />right-of-way line of the At-
<br />chison Topeka & Santa Fe
<br />Railway, as shown on Parcel
<br />California, DO HEREBY CER-
<br />TIFY that the foregoing Resolu-
<br />tion was duly adopted by the City
<br />Council of said City and was ap-
<br />proved by the Mayor of said City
<br />at a regular meeting of said City
<br />Council held on the 4th day of
<br />December, 1984, and that It was
<br />so adopted as follows -
