4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4531 1 - <br />WHEREAS,, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton <br />did consider Amendments to the General Plan for the City of <br />Colton,, Index No. C-4-84; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed Amend- <br />ments by the Planning Commission on November 13, 1984; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said General Plan <br />Amendments and the Resolutions of the Planning Commission relating <br />thereto in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of Public Hearing <br />as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing on <br />December 4, 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL does hereby find, deter- <br />�mine and order as follows: <br />1. That the General Plan Amendment applications, Index <br />No. G-4-84, requested by the Planning Commission, and <br />Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 2028 and 2029, <br />together with Findings as stated therein, are hereby <br />approved. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of December, <br />1 1984. <br />1ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
