9. Brief description of scope of work to be done, and time frame, to briny <br />property to a completed state of preservation: <br />The scope of work will ,'include stabilization, to halt-futher deterioration <br />and enhance safety of the building; preservation, which will include initial <br />stabilization work as well as ongoing maintenance of the historic property; <br />and rehabilitation, in order to return the property, through repair and <br />interior alteration, to an efficient museum use. The anticipated time frame <br />to bring the property to canpleted state of preservation is two (2) years. <br />10.
