The Housing Policies Report of the City of Colton is <br />hereby adopted. <br />2. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to pub- <br />lish such Report on or before December 31, 1984, one <br />time in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the City. <br />3. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to sub- <br />mit a copy of such Report to the Secretary of the <br />United States Department of the Treasury to be re- <br />ceived by said Secretary on or.before December 31, 1984 <br />
