Summary of Comments. The City Clerk is <br />hereby directed to cause to be prepared a summary of the <br />comments received at the public hearing on the draft housing <br />policy report and to include said summary as part of the final <br />housing policy report. <br />Section 2. Approval of Report. The housing policy <br />report presented to this City Council together with such changes <br />thereto as have been presented at this meeting, is hereby <br />approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said housing policy report in final form on behalf of <br />this City Council. <br />Section 3. Publication by Filing With City Clerk. The <br />City Clerk is authorized and directed to make said housing <br />policy report in final form available at her office for <br />distribution to the public. <br />Section 4. Filing With Department of the Treasury. <br />The City Clerk is further authorized and directed to cause said <br />housing policy report in final form to be filed with the <br />Department of the Treasury by means of mailing a copy to the <br />Internal Revenue Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on or <br />before March 11, 1985. <br />-2- <br />
