The City Manager is authorized to expend reasonable funds for <br />the fees and expenses of the consultant employed pursuant hereto. <br />4. Pending further order of the City Council, discretionary permits <br />for residential use shall be withheld in the portion of the City within the <br />Rialto Unified School District, except upon receipt of indemnification and <br />hold -harmless agreements satisfactory to the City Manager and the City <br />Attorney. <br />ADOPTED March 5, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
