Amendment to Section 12 of Resolution <br />No. 4543. Section 12 of Resolution No. 4543 is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />(a) The authorization and power delegated to the <br />City Manager by said Section 12 to approve the final terms for <br />the sale of such bonds shall be valid to and until May 1, 1985. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
