1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />a 12 <br />O <br />In <br />� W a rn <br />o w W ° a <br />WY Nom 14 <br />U w.W U. <br />O <br />oN <�<u 15 <br />W <br />o o W <br />'N" ° 16 <br />J W a a W <br />m a 17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 4568 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton (the "City") is authorized, <br />pursuant to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 52075) of Part 5 <br />of Division 31 of the California Health and Safety Code to provide <br />assistance in financing multifamily residential rental housing <br />developments within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 2, 1985, the City Council of the <br />city ("this City Council") adoptedted Resolution No. 4542 approving <br />documents for the issuance of the City's multifamily housing <br />revenue bonds for the development of a multifamily rental housing <br />project to be constructed in the City by Mayer Colton Ltd.; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13 of Resolution No. 4542, <br />'this City Council authorized the City Manager, based on such <br />advice of Bond Counsel as he might deem necessary, to act on <br />behalf of this City Council to establish and determine the final <br />principal amount of bonds to be issued, the interest rate thereon <br />and certain other matters, which authorization was to be valid <br />for a period of forty-five days from the adoption of Resolution <br />No. 4542; and <br />WHEREAS, this City Council on February 5, 1985, <br />adopted Resolution No. 4553 amending Section 13 of Resolution <br />No. 4542 as follows: "The authorization and power delegated to <br />the City Manager by said Section 13 to approve the final terms <br />for the sale of such bonds shall be valid to and until April 1, <br />1985"; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Colton as follows: <br />
