R-98-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON PROVIDING FOR THE DESIGNATION OF <br />TEN HISTORICAL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has an Ordinance establishing <br />rules and regulations governing the designation and perpetration <br />of historic and scenic properties (Ordinance No. 0-11-87); and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and scenic Preservation Commission did <br />consider at a duly and legally held public hearing the <br />designation of ten historic landmarks; and <br />WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission, <br />having studied and researched the said designations, recommends <br />approval of said designations based on the findings that the <br />properties have significant character, interest, and value as <br />part of the development and heritage of the City of Colton; and <br />WHEREAS, said properties to be designated are delineated as <br />follows: <br />Landmark <br /># 7 <br />Agua Mansa <br />Cemetery <br />2001 Agua Mansa Rd. <br />Landmark <br /># 8 <br />Colton Museum <br />380 <br />N.
