ATTACHMENT <br />RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER CONSUMPTION HISTORY <br />FILE LAYOUT A <br />Program data can be sent in any of the following four media: <br />1. IBM PC 1.44MB 3.5" floppy diskettes <br />2. 9 -track 6250 bpi tapes <br />3. QIC-80 tape (DC2120 Cartridges) <br />4. ANSI-ECMA-DDS DAT Media (DOS, Windows, or Windows NT at) <br />The consumption history information will be provided in the follow' ormat to EcoGroup. <br />ASCII file format (No EBCDIC please) <br />Each customer record will occupy only 1 line. A carriage r /line feed should end <br />each record. <br />Each record will be a fixed length of 643 characters foll by a carriage return/line <br />feed. <br />Each field will be a fixed length as determined in the e below. <br />If there are customers with multiple account numb r either water history or electric <br />history, the participants will combine the data so 'EcoGroup only receives one (1) <br />account number per water customer and one (1 ount number per electric customer. <br />The customer name will not be separated int (2) columns, however there will always <br />be a comma following the last name. <br />All dates written in the file will be MM format. <br />If a participant billing cycle is bi-mont ose slots that are unused will be filled with <br />spaces or zeros in order to maintain length records.
