That the individuals previously designated by this Council as the <br />City's representative and alternate to the ICRMA Governing Board and.1to the Liability <br />Risk Management Committee of the ICRMA, are hereby confirmed and designated as <br />the City's delegate to the ICRMA Governing Board for all purposes` of representing the <br />City's interests and exercising the authority of the City with respect to the Coverage and <br />the program and voting on behalf of the City on all madtters delegated to the <br />Governing Board and signing such amendments as are contemplated to be approved by <br />the Governing Board under the Liability Risk Coverage Agreement and the Trust <br />Agreement, and such individuals shall keep this Council informed of such matters on a <br />timely basis. <br />Section 6.
