R-16-9 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON LIMIT THE <br />PERSONS AFFORDED BENEFIT ER <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-115-9 <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. R- nt d "A RESOLUTION <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF E TY 'F JOLTON,CALIFORNIA, <br />RESCINDING RESOLUTION R-33- D M NG OTHER RESOLUTIONS <br />CURRENTLY IN EFFECT WHICH L POST-RETIREMENT HEALTH <br />INSURANCE BENEFITS EL T OFFICIALS AND DEPARTMENT <br />DIRECTORS" was adopte ece er 3, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution - 5-91 provided that certain City <br />employees d City officials be provided with health <br />insurance arelated benefits after retirement; and <br />WHEREAS, benefits set forth in Resolution R-115-91 <br />are vested as current affected City employees and City <br />officials and c ain former employees and officials no <br />long i service; and <br />W A is in the best interest of the City that the <br />bene d by Resolution No. R-115-91 not be granted <br />to fu t loyees, current employees who may be promoted, <br />or futu f f icials not serving the City as of the date this <br />resoluti adopted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />(1) The benefits set forth in Resolution No. R-115-91 <br />shall not be afforded to the following: <br />(a) Persons who are first elected or appointed to the <br />r <br />
