R-34 -96 ,4 <br />d 5, <br />fit 1 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF " <br />', <br />THE CITY OF COLTON REPEALING 7D <br />RESOLUTION R-47-95 <br />WHEREAS, n May 15, 1995, the City Council adopted Resolution R-47-95, which <br />requires the City Clerk t' 'k attend all closed sessions of the City Council and to keep minutes of <br />R <br />such closed session meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, since adoption of Resolution R-47-95, the City Council has determined that <br />it is not in the best interests of th&'�City for the City Clerk to keep minutes of closed session <br />meetings.,.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Resolution R-47-95 is hereby repealed and is ofqo further force or effect. <br />?. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of April f996. <br />ATTEST: <br />Malik D.
