R-36-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, WRITTEN ARGUMENTS REG ING A <br />CITY MEASURE. <br />WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election wil e held and <br />conducted in the City of Colto 1 or on Tuesday, <br />November 5, 1996, at which ther b su itted to the <br />voters the following measure: <br />Shall Ordinance No. 0-09- i sin six percent (6%) <br />utility users to wit n C' of Colton, be <br />adopted? <br />NOW, THEREFORE, E I COUNCIL THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, DOES RE LVE, RE, TERMINE AND ORDER AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />CTION 1. e Cit ouncil authorizes <br />Councilmember in Favor <br />Councilmember in Favor <br />NL V Councilmember in Against <br />Councilmember in Against <br />members bo to file written arguments regarding the <br />City meas as specified above in accordance with Article 4, <br />Chapter di ' ion 9 of the Elections Code of the State of <br />Calif nia and to change the argument until and including the <br />dat f ixed by the City Clerk after which no arguments for or <br />ag nst the City measure may be submitted to the City Clerk. <br />SECTION 2.
