R-115-91 FOR <br />FUTURE ELECTED OFFICIALS <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. R-115-91 entitled <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFO, <br />87 AND MODIFYING OTHER RESOLUTIO C� <br />ESTABLISH POST-RETIREME <br />OFFICIALS AND DEPAR <br />WHEREAS, Resolution R' <br />directors and their spouses or <br />benefits after retirement; and <br />WHEREAS. the b <br />UTION OF THE CITY <br />G RESOLUTION R -33- <br />Y IN EFFECT WHICH <br />INSUWNCE BENEFITS FOR ELECTED <br />as 5Kted December 3, 1991; and <br />gat rtain elected officials, department <br />rovided with health insurance and related <br />forth in Resolution R-115-91 are vested as to current <br />affected departmentNin <br />ect�cials and former elected officials and department <br />directors no longer se their respective spouses and affected dependents; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in est st of the City that the benefits afforded by Resolution <br />No. R-11 <br />this resolution <br />IOW, THE <br />RESOLVES AS <br />anted to reelected officials not serving the City as of the date that <br />3 or to it spouses or affected dependents. <br />ORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY <br />WS: <br />(1) The benefits set forth in Resolution No. R-115-91 shall not be afforded to any elected <br />official who is first elected or appointed to fill a vacancy for the position of Mayor, Member of <br />the City Council, City Clerk or City Treasurer after the date this resolution is adopted. <br />
