R-64-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON SETTING BASIC COMPENSATION RATES <br />FOR PART-TIME CLASSIFICATIONS OF EMPLOYMENT <br />ESTABISHED AS OF FISCAL YEAR 1996-97. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 1996- <br />97; and <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1996-97 Budget authorizes certain classifications <br />of part-time employment in the various departments of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution consolidates all part-time classifications in the City <br />onto one comprehensive pay and classification resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California; <br />SECTION I: Resolution No. R-20-96 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION II: A pay and classification plan for the City of Colton is hereby <br />adopted as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1996. <br />Attest: <br />`Malik Dantala Freem <br />City Clerk <br />�_ , .a. - R, <br />-k'g <br />
