R-86-96 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, MAKING FINDINGS AND <br />DETERMINATIONS AS TO THE BENEFIT OF CERTAIN <br />PUBLIC FACILITIES FOR THE COOLEY RANCH <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND THE SANTA ANA <br />RIVER PROJECT AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton, California (the "City") , <br />is a municipal corporation duly created„.,and existing pursuant to <br />,e <br />the Constitut'on ansa the laws of the State of California (the <br />,, City") ; <br />and <br />HES, the Re ve pme gency for the City of <br />Colton (the "Agency"),' -is a r` eve opment agency, a public body, <br />corporat an oliti of the ate of California, organized and <br />existing\p rsu nt to t Co nity Redevelopment Law (Part 1 of <br />Division 24 comm cingwi h Section 33000) of the Health and <br />Safety Code ,pf the State of California (the "Act") ; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33445 of the Act, the <br />cy may, with the consent of the Mayor and City Council of the <br />City (the "Council"), pay all or a part of the cost of <br />installation and construction of any building, facility, <br />structure or other improvement which is publicly owned either <br />within or without the boundaries of a redevelopment project area <br />-1- <br />
