R-104-03 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) <br />DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PROGRAM FOR FEDERAL FISCAL <br />YEAR (FFY) 2003-2004 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. That authorization is hereby granted for the execution of, on behalf of said City, <br />Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goals for minority participation, both race -neutral <br />and race—conscious, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and incorporated <br />herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length, to be implemented for all federally - <br />funded or federal ly-assisted Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects of Federal Fiscal <br />Year 2003-2004. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF OCTOBER 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA BARRERA <br />City Clerk <br />
