R-116-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2003 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2004. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2003, and ending June 30, 2004, was approved and adopted on June 10, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances and <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be made <br />by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval <br />and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2003/2004 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number <br />00-6070-6079 and revenue estimate in account 100-6765 in the amount of $14,884.00 <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
