R-117-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2003 AND <br />ENDING JULY 30, 2004. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004, was approved and adopted on June 10, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2003/2004 Fiscal <br />rear Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account numbers: <br />100-6070-6088-1010, 100-6070-6088-1100, and 100-6070-6088-2301; and increasing the <br />Police Revenue Account 100-6764 in the amount of $100,000.00 plus interest. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted, and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
