R-134-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ALLOCATING <br />$160,831.12 FROM UNALLOCATED MEASURE I FUNDS TO CDBG STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of these <br />projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVED that $160,831.12 be allocated from the unallocated Measure I Funds to <br />CDBG Street Improvement Project #104-25205, #104-26105, #104-27105, #104- <br />23205, #104-24105. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF DECEMBER <br />2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />dotl�- <br />CAROLINA BARRERA <br />City Clerk <br />bEIRDRE H.
