R-154-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 04-05, TO INCLUDE DISTRICT 5 CIP (III -3). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the District 5 CIP Project be budgeted for as follows: <br />To reflect change in Measure I funding: <br />1) Increase account number 218-8102-457 by $32,302 <br />2) Increase account number 457-8101 by $32,302 <br />3) Increase account number 457-6613-6400-3890 by $32,302 <br />To reflect change in Santa Ana River Bond funding: <br />6) Increase account number 877-8102 by $581,000 <br />7) Increase account number 457-8101 by $581,000 <br />8) Increase account number 457-9150-9156-3890 by $312,000 <br />9) Increase account number 457-9150-9151-3890 by $189,000 <br />10) Increase account number 457-9150-9159-3890 by $ 80,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF DECEMBER <br />2004. <br />ATTEST: ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
