R-101-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 04-05, ADDING: CDBG PROJECT #104-28102. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of these <br />projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the following project be added to the Fiscal Year 2004/2005 Capital <br />Improvement Program: CDBG #104-28102 ($20,000). <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2004. <br />�ep�- <br />DEIRDRE H.
