R-113-04 <br />-UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2004 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2005 <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2004 <br />and ending June 30, 2005, was approved and adopted on June 28, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2004/2005 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, appropriating funds to account number 214-7000-7011-4910 from the Pollution <br />Reduction Fund balance, for the purchase of one Dedicated Natural Gas (DNG) 1 -ton Truck for <br />the Police. The capital Expenditure from account 214-7000-7011-4910 will be in an amount not to <br />exceed $55,000.00 and decrease the unappropriated fund balance in the Pollution Reduction <br />Fund balance. <br />SECTION 2.
