R-118-04 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION R-103-98 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN <br />BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (GENERAL UNIT) AND THE CITY OF <br />COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of ineetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the San Bernardino Public Employees <br />Association (General Unit) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.; and <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino Public Employees Association (General Unit) has reviewed <br />and signed approval of the attached Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the MOU, marked Exhibit "A" and attached <br />hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />July 1, 2004, contingent upon signature of the City's representative; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes staff to sign said MOU. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 2004. <br />. <br />DEIRDRE H.
