R-120-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005, TO INCLUDE THE AGUA MANSA STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (PROJECT 1-4). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE that Agua Mansa Street Improvement Project be budgeted for <br />$97,615.48 in account number 450-0539-6940-3890, thus increasing the transfers out <br />of Host City Fees account 240-8102 and the transfers in to the CIP Fund 450-8101 for <br />the same amount. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF OCTOBER 2004. <br />)AU `_e1 ��/LLL /1'�► <br />DEIRDRE H.
