R-122-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005, TO INCLUDE THE TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION PROJECT <br />AT RIVERSIDE AVENUE & AGUA MANSA ROAD (PROJECT III -46). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that Riverside Avenue and Agua Mansa Road Project be budgeted for <br />$61,354 in account number 450-0537-6970-3890, thus decreasing the budgeted <br />amount for CIP II -1 by the same amount currently budgeted in account 450-0534- <br />6970-3890. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF OCTOBER 2004. <br />DEIRDRE H.
