R-123-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 04-05, TO INCLUDE THE MAIN AND IOWA PROJECT (PROJECT III - <br />43). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the $450,000 CIP Project Main and Iowa be budgeted as follows: <br />To reflect change in Measure I funding: <br />decrease account number 457-6400-6410-3890 by $100,000 <br />and <br />increase 450-0540-6970-3890 by $100,000 ; <br />decrease 218-8102-457 by $100,000 and increase 218-8102- <br />450 by $100,000; <br />decrease 457-8101-218 by $100,000 and increase 450-8101- <br />218 by $100, 000 <br />2. To reflect the STP grant revenue funding: <br />Increase 450-0540-6981-3890 by $250,000; <br />Increase 225-5881 by $250,000; increase 450-8101-225 and 225-8102-450 by <br />$250,000 <br />3. To reflect receivables from other Cities: <br />Increase 450-0540-6986-3890 <br />Increase 450-7834 by $100,000 and set up 450-1260-000 to reflect the <br />receivables from Grand Terrace and Riverside County., <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2"d DAY OF NOVEMBER 2004. <br />RAMON M.
