R-131-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 11 2004 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2005 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005 was approved and adopted on <br />June 28, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make an amendment to the <br />2004/2005 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Donation Revenue Account and the <br />Luque Community Center Expenditure Account in the General Fund Budget for the <br />Community Services Department. Expenditure account number 100-6200-6213-2301 <br />shall be increased by $ 7,800, and revenue account number 100-6745 shall also be <br />increased by $ 7,800. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF NOVEMBER <br />2004. <br />MON M.
