The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby approve and adopt the <br />proposed amendments to the conflict of Interest Code, specifically, the <br />"Designated Positions" identified as Appendix "A" attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, and the "Disclosure Categories" identified as Appendix "B", attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. The City Council does declare that Resolution No. R-126-02 is repealed. <br />3. The City Council does ordain that all sections or portions of Resolution No R-18- <br />88 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby adopt, incorporate by <br />reference and make a part hereof, any and all amendments to California Code of <br />Regulations Section 18730, as approved and adopted by the Fair Political <br />Practices Commission. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 7th day of December 2004. <br />DEIRDRE H.
