I <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-16-04 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />PRIORITIZING THE TYPES OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY <br />4 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005. <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into a Cooperation <br />Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive Community Development Block <br />7 Grant (CDBG) funds; and, <br />8 <br />9 WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton anticipates receiving $547,000 in <br />10 Community Development Block Grant funds for Fiscal Year 2004-2005; and, <br />11 WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible projects will be funded with <br />12 CDBG funds. <br />13 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton prioritizes <br />14 <br />and allocates CDBG funds for the following projects for Fiscal Year 2004-2005: <br />15 <br />16 CDBG FUNDS <br />LOG NO.
