R-21-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2003 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2004 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and adopted on August 19, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Amend the 2003/2004 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Capital <br />Expenditure account in the CIP Fund 457-6632-6850-3890 in the amount of $425,760.50 and <br />decreasing the San Bernardino County Hospital fund Balance 754 in the amount of <br />$425,760.50. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF MARCH, 2004. <br />i <br />RAMON M.
