1. The surplus property contains approximately 6.0 acres, is agriculturally zoned <br />1 and is not in the City's long range plans for use. <br />2 SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines that it can be seen with <br />3 certainty that there is no possibility that selling this surplus piece of property will have a significant <br />adverse effect on the environment. Thus, the adoption of this resolution is exempt from the <br />4 requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of <br />the CEQA Guidelines. Staff is directed to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk's Office <br />5 within five (5) working days of adoption. <br />6 SECTION 3. Effective Date.
