Vernon <br />Streetscape to September 1, 2004, Residential Curbs and Gutters and Fairway Street <br />Widening to January, 31, 2005, Bike Path to March 31, 2006 and Scenic Drive <br />Fencing/Skate Park to August 1, 2004, of funds in the Special Fund for paying the cost of <br />construction and installation of the public work improvement projects described in Section 2 <br />of the Funding and Construction Management Agreement: and <br />WHEREAS, on January 20, 2004, the City Council approved reallocating <br />$274,660 from the Fairway Street Widening to the Residential Curbs and Gutters (aka <br />Residential Missing Links Project) described in Section 2 of the Funding and Construction <br />Management Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Agency desire to amend the Funding and <br />Construction Management Agreement to provide for the reallocation of funds from the <br />Fairway Street Widening to the Residential Curbs and Gutters; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer's office has initiated the Preliminary <br />Environmental Study for the Bikepath and the balance of the proposed public improvements are <br />exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") <br />pursuant to Section 15301 (c) of the State CEQA Guidelines. A Notice of Exemption will be filed <br />with the office of County Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and <br />2 <br />
