R-46-04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 11 2003 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2004 <br />WHEREAS, the State of California has approved an School Age Resource Grant in <br />the amount of $3,552 for the Colton Early Childhood Education Program, and <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for the fiscal year commencing July 1, <br />2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and adopted. <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, <br />California authorizes entering into local agreement number FSCC-3151 and that the City <br />Manager is authorized to sign the applicable documents for the entity. Therefore, is will be <br />necessary to make an amendment to the 2003/2004 Year Budget, increasing expenditure <br />Account 206-7200-7202-2304 in the amount of $3,552, and increasing Revenue Account No. <br />206-5769 by the grant amount of $3,552. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18TH day of May, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
