R-47-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 03-04, ADDING: GUARD RAIL, VALLEY BOULEVARD, MT. VERNON <br />AVENUE, OLIVE STREET, JOHNSTON STREET, RIVERSIDE AVENUE, AND <br />PRADO LANE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of these <br />projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVED that the following projects be added to the Fiscal Year <br />2003/2004 Capital Improvement Program: Guard Rail ($40,000), Valley Boulevard <br />($10,000), Mt. Vernon Avenue ($15,000), Olive Street ($6,000), Johnston Street <br />($6,000), Riverside Avenue ($25,500), and Prado Lane ($10,000). <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF MAY 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA BARRERA, C C <br />City Clerk <br />DEIRDRE H.
