Notice of the public hearing at which this Resolution was considered was <br />properly given pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 66016, in which: (1) the City <br />published notice of the public hearing twice at least 10 days before the date of the hearing; (2) the <br />City sent notice of the meeting at least 14 days in advance to any interested person who had filed a <br />written request; and (3) the City made available to the public at least 10 days before the meeting the <br />data indicating the amount of the estimated costs required to provide the services for which the <br />proposed fees will be levied and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, including <br />General Fund revenues. <br />2. All oral and written presentations made to and heard by the City Council <br />during the public hearing for this Resolution were properly considered. <br />3. The cost estimates, including the data upon which the cost estimates are <br />based, which was produced by City staff and considered by the City Council in establishing fees <br />pursuant to this Resolution, are reasonable cost estimates for the provision of the City services to <br />which the fees pertain and were made available to the public pursuant to Government Code section <br />66016. <br />4. There is a reasonable relationship between the fees to be collected for the <br />provision of City services and the City's costs in providing those services, as identified in the data <br />made available to the public. <br />5. The new and increased fees set forth in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, do not exceed the actual or estimated costs to the City of <br />providing the services to which the fees relate. <br />6. The new and increased fees are necessary to enable the City to continue to <br />provide the services to which they relate. <br />7. The new and increased fees set forth in Exhibit "A" are hereby approved and <br />adopted as the official fees of the City of Colton for the services referenced in Exhibit "A." <br />8. This Resolution shall repeal any other resolutions or portions thereof to the <br />extent that such resolutions or portions thereof are in conflict with this Resolution. <br />9.
