R-59-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2003 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2004 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and adopted on June 10, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2003/2004 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, increasing the SBSX account in the Electric Utility fund Account Number 520-8000- <br />8050-2301-0000-000, and decreasing the Unappropriated Fund Balance Account, Number <br />520-2790 for the amount of $58,000. <br />SECTION 2.
