Miscellaneous <br />A. This benefit shall apply to the employees of the San Bernardino <br />Public Employees Association (SBPEA — General And Mid - <br />Management Units), International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, <br />Local 47 (IBEW), and the Executive Unit. <br />B. This benefit shall consist of paying 4% of the 8% normal <br />contributions as EPMC, and reporting the same percent (4%) of <br />compensation earnable {excluding Government Code Section <br />20636(c)(4)) as additional compensation. <br />NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED that the governing body of the City of Colton <br />elects to pay and report the value of EPMC, as set forth above. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />k A00- <br />11 "r" ei�- <br />CAROLINA P.
