CPOA-Non-Sworn <br />A. This benefit shall apply to the employee(s) of the Colton Police <br />Officers Association (CPOA), non -sworn position(s). <br />B. This benefit shall consist of paying 4% of the 8% normal <br />contributions as EPMC, and reporting the same percent (4%) of <br />compensation earnable (excluding Government Code Section <br />20636(c)(4)) as additional compensation. <br />3. CWA <br />A. This benefit shall apply to all employees of the Communication <br />Workers of America (CWA). <br />B. This benefit shall consist of paying 4% of the 8% normal <br />contributions as EPMC, and reporting the same percent (4%) of <br />compensation earnable (excluding Government Code Section <br />20636(c)(4)) as additional compensation. <br />The effective date of this Resolution shall be retroactive to the approved CPOA and CWA <br />MOU as of July 1, 2003. <br />NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED that the governing body of the City of Colton <br />elects to pay and report the value of EPMC, as set forth above. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 2004. <br />D IRDRE H.
