R-75-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF PROPERTY TAX REVENUES TO BE EXCHANGED BETWEEN AND AMONG THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND THE CITY OF COLTON RESULTING FROM THE JURISDICTIONAL CHANGES DESCRIBED BY LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NUMBER 2958. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 The City Council of the City of Colton hereby finds and determines that: A. Pursuant to Section 99 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, Prior to the issuance of a certificate of filing by the Local Agency Formation Commission Executive Officer, the Governing bodies of all local agencies whose service area or service responsibilities will be altered by a proposed jurisdictional change shall negotiate and determine by resolution the amount of property tax revenues to be exchanged between and among such local agencies. B. Except as provided in Section 99.1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, in the event that a jurisdictional change would affect the service area or service responsibility of one or more special district, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino shall, on behalf of the district or districts, negotiate any exchange of property tax revenues. C. The City Council of the City of Colton and the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino have determined the amount of property tax revenues to be exchanged as a result of the following jurisdictional change: LAFCO 2958 — Reorganization to include City of Colton Reorganization to include South annexation NO. S — 50 (SubAreas Nos. 1 — 4). SECTION 2 The City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves and orders that: 1
