R-84-04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2004 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2005 <br />WHEREAS, the State of California has approved an Renovation & Repair Grant in the <br />amount of $25,000 for the Colton Early Childhood Education Program, and <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2004 and ending June 30, 2005 was approved and adopted. <br />WHEREAS, the Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />herein. <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San <br />Bernardino County, California authorizes entering into local agreement <br />number GRPM-3044 and that the City Manager is authorized to sign <br />the applicable documents for the entity. The grant has already been <br />reallocated in the original 2004/2005 Year Budget, increasing <br />expenditure Account 206-7200-7202-2250 in the amount of $20,870, <br />and Account 206-7200-7203-2250 in the amount of $4,130, and <br />increasing Revenue Account No. 206-5870 by the grant amount of <br />$25,000. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 2004. <br />RAMON M.
