R-95-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BASIC FEE FOR STORM WATER <br />MANAGEMENT AND THE STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FEE <br />WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes the <br />City Council to establish a Basic Fee and a Storm Water Management Fee for Storm <br />Water services in accordance with the formula established in that Section 14.01.050; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic Fee <br />and the Storm Water Management Fee at a duly noticed public hearing, the City <br />Council has established the Basic Fee and the Storm Water Management Fee by <br />Resolution R-89-96; and <br />WHEREAS, the basic fee and formula of the established Storm Water <br />Management Fee remain unchanged, additional San Bernardino County land use <br />codes now apply. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Basic Fee and the Storm Water Management Fee for Storm Water services <br />authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be <br />based upon land use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of Strom Water <br />runoff as set forth in the table attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference as Exhibit A. These fees shall be billed through the San Bernardino <br />County tax assessors system. The fees set forth on Exhibit A are hereby imposed on <br />all properties within the City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of AUGUST 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
