R-96-04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2004 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2005 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2004 and ending June 30, 2005 was approved and adopted on June 28, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may <br />be made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: In receipt of the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency's (FEMA) Emergency Management Planning Grant (EMPG) funds for the Federal <br />Fiscal Year 2003, it has become necessary to make an amendment to the 2004/2005 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Fire Department Account Number 100- <br />6090-6094-2301, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-5880 for the amount of <br />$7,031.00. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th Day of August 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />Carolina P.
