R-100-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE PUBLIC WORKS, STREET DIVISION BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $19,568 FOR REIMBURSED COSTS FROM FEMA. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has been reimbursed $19,568 for repairs done to City streets <br />during the period declared an emergency by FEMA as a result of heavy rains and flooding; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the City accept the reimbursement checks totaling $19,568 and increase the <br />Streets Divisional materials budget by $19,568 as follows: <br />Increase Miscellaneous Revenue by $19,568 in account 100-7830. <br />Increase Appropriations by $19,568 in account 100-6150-6160-2301. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2"d DAY OF AUGUST, 2005. <br />DEIRDRE H.
