R-73-05 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF COLTON FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2006. WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006, was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal Year Budget, appropriating funds to account number 261-6070-6082-4910 from the police department's Federal Asset Forfeiture Account for the purchase a Mobile Command Post. The capital expenditure from account 261-6070-6082-4910 will be in an amount not to exceed $10,500.00 and will decrease the unappropriated account balance in the Federal Asset Forfeiture Account. SECTION 2. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal Year Budget, appropriating funds to account number 225-6070-6088-4910 from the police department's Federal COPS "Tech" Grant Account for the purchase a Mobile Command Post. The capital expenditure from account 225-6070-6088-4910 will be in an amount not to exceed $98,000.00 and will exhaust the Federal COPS "Tech" Grant Account. SECTION 3. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the revenue estimate in account number 225-5880-000 for the 1
