R-115-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY <br />1, 2005 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2006 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may be <br />made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />LVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />ECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal Year <br />udget, increasing the Fire Department Grant Account Number 225-6090-6091-4930, in the <br />mount of $29,214.00. Revenue in the Fire Department Grant Account Number 225-5879 will <br />e increased in the amount of $29,214.00. <br />ECTION 2.
