R-121-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 19 2005 AND ENDING JUNE 301 2006 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances <br />of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departimntal activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON SES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make an amendment to the 2006/2006 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Donation Revenue Account and the Community Events <br />Expenditure Account in the General Fund Budget for the Community Services ,Department. <br />Expenditure account number 100-6200-6214-2301 shall be increased by $ 3,000, and <br />revenue account number 100-6745 shall also be increased by $ 3;000. <br />herein. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY Of SEPTEMBER 2005. <br />DEIRDRE H.
