RESOLUTION NO. R-122-05 <br />A RESOLUTION Of THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING JUNE 309 2006 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Coiton for the fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June 21, <br />11 2005; and <br />13, <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />251 <br />27 <br />RTI <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities <br />may be made by the City Manager. Amendments �incfeases/decreases) to the <br />budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. In receipt of the federal Emergency Management Agency's �FEEMA) <br />Assistance to Firefighters Grant funds for the federal fiscal Year 2004, it bas <br />become necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 fiscal Year Budget, <br />increasing the Expenditures in the fire Department Grant Account Number 225- <br />6090-0094-4930 in the amount of $93,657.00, and increase the Grant Revenue <br />Account Number 225-5879 for the amount of $93,657.000. <br />SECTION 2. Receipt of a grant in the amount of '$93;657:00 from fEMA requires <br />10% matching funds from the City's General fund in the amount of $1,0,407.00 which <br />has been included in the Department's 2005/2006 fiscal Year Budget. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th Day of September2005. <br />ATTEST: DEIRDRE H.
