11 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />2 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />26 <br />26 <br />27 <br />2$ <br />RESOLUTION NO. ik-125-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF CAOLTON <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 19 <br />20059 AND ENDING JUNE 309 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006, was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE 'CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF C.OLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2406 fiscal <br />Year Budget, appropriating funds to account number 261-6070-6083-4930 from the police <br />department's Federal Asset Forfeiture Account for the purchase a wardrobe locker system. <br />The capital expenditure from account 261 ��070-6083-4930 will be in an amount not 4o <br />exceed $100,000.00 and will decrease the unappropriated account balaoce in the 'Federal <br />Asset forfeiture Account. <br />SECTION 2.
